Salvatore Guarrella
Graduated with top marks in economics and corporate law from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (Catholic University of the Sacred Heart) in Milan. Registered in the Order of Professional Accountants of Milan.

Graziella Barone
Graduated in Business and Economics from the University of Bologna. She is listed in the Register of Chartered Accountants of Bologna and in the Register of Statutory Auditors.

She deals with corporate, accounting and tax consultancy for domestic and international customers and she gained ten years of experience in insolvency proceedings.
